Delete your Saheb account

You can permanently delete your Saheb account and associated cloud backup data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Saheb.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the confirmation message.
  5. Confirm deletion.

If you no longer have access to the app

Email support@sahebdeen.app and ask to delete your Saheb account. Include the email address associated with your Saheb account so the request can be identified.

What is deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account.
  • Cloud backup stored under the user account.
  • Associated account identity information.
  • Prayer logs, favourites, settings, and other data included in cloud backup.

Local data remaining on a device may require uninstalling the app or clearing app storage if the device is still accessible.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
